Sunday June 28: Six Hours of Mountain Biking on Mount Hood

Better get into serious shape, because the sixth edition of the Six Hours of Mt. Hood XC Mountain Bike Endurance & Relay Race is set for  Sunday, June 28.

Competitors can race in two-person teams or solo, and the goal is to complete as many laps as possible on a 6-mile loop with single-track trails through the forest and stellar views of the mountain.

All riders will have access to a fully-stocked aid station and will get free mechanical support, free coffee and free oatmeal from Bob’s Red Mill. At the end of the event, there will be free chili meal with $1 beers from Hopworks Urban Brewery, and a post-race raffle featuring $1,500+ in prizes.

The start/finish area is at Skibowl West, right next to the main parking lot off Highway 26.
