November 6, 2013 on Mount Hood: Drizzle, Fog and a little Snow

The temperature is about five degrees too high on Mount Hood today. Yesterday’s rain washed away a lot of of snow pack, but we should get that back with the big snow dump expected tomorrow.

Temperature Range at 6,337 feet: 31-37

Wind: 7-10 mph from the Southwest

Snow Base at 5250 feet Meadows: 9 inches

Annual snowfall at Timberline: 54 inches

Freezing Level: Around 8,000 feet

Roads: Wet
