Next Adventure’s annual and free PDX Kayaker Film Festival is set for the evening of Thursday, January 14th, with a pre-function at the Portland Paddle Sports Center and films at the Bossanova Ballroom on East Burnside.

The event will showcase videos from local paddlers and pros vying for a chance to win prizes for the best short films. There will be a raffle with prizes from Next Adventure and other vendors, with proceeds going to American Whitewater.

The pre-festivities begin at 6 pm at Next Adventure’s Paddle Sports Center at 624 SE 7th. Doors open for the main event at 7 pm at the Bossanova, at 722 E. Burnside.
