Sept. 12th + 19th: Timberline-to-Troutdale Cleanup 2015

Volunteers will have two opportunities to help clean up Mount Hood and its waterways this September, with a cleanup of the headwaters of the Salmon River on Sept. 12 Mount Hood followed by an on-the-water cleanup of the lower Sandy River Sept. 19.

The Mt. Hood Clean-up takes place Saturday, September 12 starting at 10 am at  the Salmon/climber’s parking lot.

The Sandy River Cleanup is set for 10 am on Saturday, Sept. 19, at Lewis & Clark State Park in Troutdale.

Volunteers should bring lunches, water and rain gear to the mountain portion of the cleanup. Doughnuts and coffee will be provided.

Sandy River volunteers will need standard paddling equipment, including life jackets.
