It is time once again to summon the snow gods of Mount Hood and pray for snow at Charlie’s.

The annual Pray for Snow Party will run from 7 pm to 1 am, or whenever, Saturday, November 14 at Charlie’s Mountain View in Government Camp. Expect the usual revelry and good times at this long-standing community gathering. There will be raffles and drinking and dancing, with music provided by the Portland-based band Cadillacs for Everyone.

Pray for Snow is a fundraiser organized by the Schnee Vogeli Ski Club and dedicated to the life of the late Mount Hood legend Charlie Sperr.

When: Saturday, Nov. 14, 7 pm-1 am

Cost: $15 in advance, $20 on the night of the event. Tickets are sold in advance by members of the Schnee Vogeli Ski Club.
