It is time once again to summon the snow gods of Mount Hood and pray for snow at Charlie’s.

The annual Pray for Snow Party will run from 7 pm to 1 am Saturday, November 15 at Charlie’s in Government Camp. Expect the usual revelry and good times at this long-standing community gathering. There will be raffles and drinking and dancing, with music provided by the Portland-based band Thrill Ride.

Pray for Snow is a fundraiser organized by the Schnee Vogeli Ski Club and dedicated to the life of the late Mount Hood legend Charlie Sperr.

When: Saturday, Nov. 16, 7 pm-1 am

Cost: $15 in advance, $20 on the night of the event. Tickets are sold in advance by members of the Schnee Vogeli Ski Club. Email this address for tickets, or buy them at the door the night of the event.
