July 18-20: Summer Fun Masters Nationals

About 150 USSA Masters racers from all over the U.S. will converge on Mount Hood July 18-20 for GS and slalom racing, beer and barbecue at the 25th annual Summer Fun Nationals.

The Summer Fun Nationals were started in 1989 by Mt. Hood-based Masters racers who wanted to share the lively summer scene at Timberline with their winter racing friends. Racers often combine their visits with training through one of the many summer camps based on Mount Hood.

Racers will meet and socialize with Mount Hood host and Masters racing legend Willy Scroggins, then race giant slalom on Saturday and slalom on Sunday. There will be awards ceremonies on both Saturday and Sunday.

The races are open to anyone with a USSA membership or a temporary membership. To register click here. There will be no day-of-race registration.
