Skibowl will open its Dakine Rail Jam Series Friday night at the Rope Tow Terrain Park.

Onsite registration and practice runs start at 3 pm, and the event goes from 5 to 7, with an awards ceremony in the Beer Stube starting at 7:30.

Helmets are recommended but not required, and competitors under 18 must submit a signed release from a parent or guardian.

The event will feature live DJ tunes.
