If you plan on buying a Mount Hood season pass for 2013-14, you will want to get yours very soon.
Prices will rise at midnight Sunday, November 3 for the Mt. Hood Fusion Pass and the Mt. Hood Meadows season pass.
The Fusion Pass is selling for $495 through the end of Sunday, and the Meadows pass is going for $499.
Meadows dropped its pass prices this season to compete with the improved Fusion Pass and its Powder Alliance benefits.
You can buy your Meadows pass online here, or buy your Fusion Pass here.
Or you can buy them both. That’s what I did this season. The two passes combined cost $994, which is $305 less than a season pass at Killington, Vermont, where I used to teach skiing years ago on crowded slopes covered with ice. Trust me, I’m not going back.
