This year’s big gear swap to benefit the all-volunteer Mt. Hood Ski Patrol is set for October 3-4 at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Hillsboro.
The annual Mt. Hood Snow Sports Swap offers thousands of new and used items from local shops and teams as well as individual skiers and snowboarders. Proceeds benefit the Mt. Hood Ski Patrol, a non-profit organization that has been helping out people on the mountain since 1937.
There will also be door prize drawings every hour for lift tickets and gear.
Admission is $3 per person, or $6 per family. Kids under 12 get in free. Parking is free.
