Portland’s biggest preseason ski and snowboard show will return to the Expo Center November 15-17 with the usual hype.

Representatives from local resorts and major gear makers and sellers will be in attendance, and there will be a “hot dog skier lounge,” a New School freeride show, a Les Schwab tire chain contest and a newly added wine chalet.

There will be heaps of discounted used gear to sift through for deals. Individuals can sell their old gear and keep up to 80 percent of the proceeds.

There are also coupons and discounts offered for all sorts of things including two-for-one lift tickets. But the event itself is not cheap, between $13 for admission and another $8 for parking.

• Saturday 10am – 10 pm.

Admission: Adults $13 Juniors (6-12) $3 Under 6 Free.

Parking: $8 per vehicle, $7 for vehicles carrying 3 or more people.
